Data we process

Data you enter in the form or send us by email: name, email address, phone (optional), service details and attached documents, which may contain personal data. When you submit the form, a hashed (anonymised) form of your IP address is processed temporarily to prevent abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to prepare a quote and carry out your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Processors and recipients

The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) and email is processed in Google Workspace. To carry out an order we may pass documents to a court interpreter, notary or competent authority, only to the extent necessary.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Order data is kept as long as required by law (e.g. accounting rules).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send your request to info@abc-office.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
