A certified translation is produced by a court interpreter, bound to the original or a copy and stamped with their seal and certification clause. Authorities, courts, notaries and foreign institutions require it. A standard translation is fine for information and internal use.

The price depends on the language, length, complexity, deadline and certifications required. So you never overpay, every quote is prepared individually – free and without obligation.

Yes. We accept documents by email and post and send finished translations by registered post or courier to any address in Slovenia or abroad.

No. A scan or photo is enough for a quote. Before we start, we agree whether the translation will be bound to the original, a certified copy or a plain copy – this depends on the authority receiving it.

Short personal documents are usually translated within a few working days. Urgent jobs are possible by arrangement – the deadline is stated in the quote.

That depends on the country. An apostille or embassy legalization is often required as well. Tell us where the document will be used and we will handle the whole process.

When a Slovenian public document is used in another country party to the Hague Convention (or vice versa) and the authority requires authentication. Countries outside the Convention require embassy or consular legalization instead.

Some countries require it. We check the rules of the destination country and prepare the documents in the correct order.

No. You send or hand over the document by arrangement and we obtain the apostille for you.

It depends on the country where the document will be used. Tell us the country and purpose and we will advise the correct procedure.

It depends on the embassy – some certify within days, others take several weeks. We give an estimated timeline in the quote.

Yes. A power of attorney for a Slovenian procedure can be signed before a notary abroad or at a Slovenian mission. We prepare a bilingual text and advise which certification is required.

If the signatory does not understand Slovenian, an interpreter must be present at the notary. We provide one for all common languages.

Yes. For most documents a power of attorney signed in your country of residence is sufficient. We prepare the text and instructions.

Yes, we can provide a certified translation and authenticate it with an apostille or legalization, depending on where it will be used.

As early as possible – a few days is often enough for common languages; for rare languages and conferences we recommend several weeks. Urgent bookings by arrangement.

Yes, where the authority or client allows it. For meetings and training, video interpreting is often the quickest solution.
